On 20 April 2017, Ambassador Nuttavudh Photisaro, accompanied by Team Thailand, welcomed Prof. Dr. Anek Laothamathas, Rector of College of Government, along with a delegation comprising professors and students from the graduate and post-graduate schools of Public Administration, Rangsit University. Ambassador Nuttavudh also gave a briefing on the political and economic situation in Cambodia, as well as bilateral relations between Thailand and Cambodia to the delegation at the Royal Thai Embassy
