On 4 August 2019, H.E. Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador presided over the Offering of Blessings Ceremony on the occasion of the Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother. The ceremony was attended by Team Thailand officials, who subsequently signed the book of blessings to convey their wishes to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother.
