On 4 August 2019, the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh and the Thai community in Cambodia jointly held a Buddhist Chanting Ceremony and an Alms Giving Ceremony on the occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother. The ceremonies were presided over by His Holiness Samdech Preah Aggamahasangharajadhipati TEP VONG, the Supreme Patriarch of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Members of the Thai community in Cambodia subsequently signed the book of blessings to convey their wishes to H.M. Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother.
