On 18 February 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), ‘Go Study Thailand’ and the Network of Thailand Alumni in Cambodia, organised ‘Thailand Education & Jobs Fair 2023’ at Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Centre (CJCC), Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), with the participation of over 500 Cambodian students and youths.

H.E. Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia, stated during the opening ceremony that Thailand Education & Jobs Fair 2023 is an event of opportunities — opportunities for future education and career for the young Cambodian generation. H.E. Mr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia, Guest of Honour, underlined that this event serves as motivation for students in Cambodia to pursue further education and personal growth in order to keep up with the country's socio-cultural and economic development for stability and sustainability, as well as to understand the demands of the labour market. In addition, H.E. Minister expressed his utmost gratitude to H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the many educational projects that H.R.H. has provided to young Cambodians, as well as to Thailand for its ongoing support of Cambodia's human resource development, particularly through Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Thai government agencies, educational institutions, and the private sector.

The information regarding scholarships and studying in Thailand was offered by 17 prestigious Thai universities and educational institutes. Also, more than 200 opportunities were offered by 25 leading Thai businesses in Cambodia, primarily to young Cambodian participants who had graduated from Thailand and could speak and comprehend Thai. Also, top Thai businesses including Amazon, Black Canyon, CP, Betagro, and Major Cineplex distributed food and drinks for refreshments.

Additionally, there were two panel discussions wherein representatives from Thai educational institutions presented scholarship opportunities to further study in Thailand and members of the Network of Thailand Alumni in Cambodia shared their tips and experiences for pursuing education in Thailand. Many participants showed a lot of interest in both panel discussions.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh recognises the crucial role of youth in the country’s development. It is prepared to assist the Cambodian Government's efforts to improve youth capability through renowned Thai educational institutions and to encourage Thai businesses to hire young Cambodians. As the Royal Thai Embassy organised the first Thailand Jobs Fair last year, which was well received by the public, this event was its second edition.

នាថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសហការជាមួយនឹងអាជ្ញាធរទេសចរណ៍ថៃ គម្រោង Go Study Thailand និងបណ្ដាញអតីតនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាដែលបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាពីប្រទេសថៃ រួមគ្នារៀបចំកម្មវិធី Thailand Education and Jobs Fair ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន (CJCC) នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ ដោយមានសិស្ស-និស្សិត និងយុវជនកម្ពុជាចំនួនច្រើនជាង ៥០០ នាក់ ចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ ។

ក្នុងពិធីបើក ឯកឧត្តម ឈើតកៀត អត្ថាករ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបើកកម្មវិធីថា កម្មវិធី Thailand Education and Jobs Fair ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ជា “កម្មវិធីនៃឱកាស” ដែលជាឱកាសនៃអនាគតក្នុងការសិក្សានិងអាជីពរបស់យុវជនកម្ពុជាជំនាន់ថ្មី។ កម្មវិធីនេះទទួលបានការផ្ដល់កិត្តិយសពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីបើកនេះផងដែរ ដោយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ បានថ្លែងថា កម្មវិធីនេះនឹងជួយជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តក្មួយៗ ជាសិស្ស និងនិស្សិត ក្នុងការសិក្សាបន្ត និងអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនបន្ថែម ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងនិរន្តភាព និងចីរភាពនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម    វប្បធម៌ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ រួមទាំងផ្តល់ការស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមដល់សិស្ស និងនិស្សិតអំពីតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារ។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ បានសម្តែងការដឹងព្រះមហាករុណាធិគុណរបស់ព្រះអង្គម្ចាស់ក្សតិយ៍មហាចក្រីសិរិនថន សម្រាប់គម្រោងព្រះរាជទានក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំចំពោះប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងអរគុណចំពោះប្រទេសថៃដែលជួយអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សរបស់កម្ពុជាតរៀងមក ជាពិសេសតាមរយៈអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្ដរជាតិ (TICA) ស្ថាប័នអប់រំ និងវិស័យឯកជនរបស់ប្រទេសថៃផងដែរ។

កម្មវិធីនេះមានការដាក់តាំងបង្ហាញពីសំណាក់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យនិងស្ថាប័នអប់រំឈានមុខរបស់ថៃចំនួន ១៧ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ និងស្ថាប័ន ដែលបានមកផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានអំពីការបន្ដការសិក្សាក្នុងប្រទេសថៃ និងអាហារូបករណ៍ផ្សេងៗ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ ក៏មានក្រុមហ៊ុនថៃដែលវិនិយោគក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាចំនួន ២៥ ក្រុមហ៊ុន បានមកណែនាំអំពីឱកាសការងារជាង ២០០ កន្លែង ជូនចំពោះយុវជនកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេស អ្នកដែលបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាពីប្រទេសថៃ ដែលអាចធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងជាភាសាថៃ និងយល់អំពីភាពជាថៃ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុនថៃឈានមុខ ដូចជា Amazon, Black Canyon, CP, Betagro និង Major Cineplex បាននាំមកនូវអាហារនិងភេសជ្ជៈ ដើម្បីបន្ថែមនូវភាពស្រស់ថ្លាជូនចំពោះអ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីផងដែរ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ក៏មានកិច្ចពិភាក្សាពីសំណាក់តំណាងស្ថាប័នអប់រំរបស់ថៃមកចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីផងដែរ ដោយវាគ្មិនបានជម្រាបអំពីព័ត៌មានអាហារូបករណ៍ការសិក្សារបស់ស្ថាប័នខ្លួន និងមានកិច្ចពិភាក្សារបស់សិស្សច្បងនៃបណ្ដាញអតីតនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាដែលបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាពីប្រទេសថៃមកចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការត្រៀមខ្លួន ដើម្បីទៅបន្ដការសិក្សាក្នុងប្រទេសថៃដល់សិស្សប្អូនដែលមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ផងដែរ។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សាទាំង ២ ប្រធានបទនេះ ទទួលបានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍ពីសំណាក់សិស្ស និងនិស្សិតជាច្រើននាក់។

ស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជ្រាបច្បាស់អំពីតួនាទីរបស់យុវជនចំពោះការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេស និងបានត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេចក្នុងការគាំទ្រកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការកសាងយុវជនដែលមានគុណភាព តាមរយៈស្ថាប័នអប់រំដែលទទួលបានការទទួលស្គាល់ពីប្រទេសថៃ ព្រមទាំងគាំទ្រការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកជនជាតិកម្ពុជាចូលប្រើការងារក្នុងក្រុមហ៊ុនថៃនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ នេះជាលើកទី ២ ក្នុងការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីនេះបន្ទាប់ពីស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃបានផ្ដួចផ្ដើមរៀបចំកម្មវិធី Thailand Jobs Fair ជាលើកដំបូងកាលពីឆ្នាំមុន ដោយទទួលបានការឆ្លើយតបយ៉ាងប្រសើរពីអ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីផងដែរ ។
