On 10 February 2023, H.E. Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia, welcomed Major General Rawin Charoenchai, Director of the Office of Military Education under the National Defence Studies Institute, who led a delegation of 138 military officers and students from the 5th Joint Military Operations Course to visit Cambodia and attend a briefing on the bilateral relations between Thailand and Cambodia by Colonel Kornwaranon Klunpromsuwan, Army and Defence Attaché.
