The Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia paid a courtesy call to H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimol, Minister of Commerce of Cambodia to foster a closer and deeper economic partnership between Thailand and Cambodia bolstering trade between the two countries.

On 26 September 2023, H.E. Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia led a delegation from the Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh and a representative from the Thai Business Council in Cambodia (TBCC) to foster a closer and deeper economic partnership between Thailand and Cambodia in the post-Covid era.

The two sides discuss a comprehensive trade policy with both physical infrastructure and social infrastructure development including increasing connectivity, harmonizing trade rules and regulations, and enhancing smoother trade facilitation as well as promote the ease of doing business. The two sides also stress the importance of a stronger economic partnership between Thailand and Cambodia based on the mutual benefit of the two countries.

នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៦ កញ្ញា ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្តមឈើតកៀត អត្ថាករ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃប្រចាំកម្ពុជា អបដំណើរដោយលោកប្រធានការិយាល័យជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងសហការី និងតំណាងសមាគមអ្នកធុរកិច្ចថៃនៅកម្ពុជា ចូលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដោយក្នុងជំនួបនេះភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាគ្នាលើប្រធានបទផ្សេងៗ ជាពិសេសការបង្កលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួលក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក តាមរយៈការតភ្ជាប់គមនាគមន៍ ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធច្រកទ្វារព្រំដែននិងការដឹកជញ្ជូនទំនិញតាមផ្លូវដែករវាងថៃនិងកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងការកែសម្រួលបទបញ្ញត្តិច្បាប់គយនិងរដ្ឋាករអោយមានស្តង់ដារ ដើម្បីជំរុញនិងគាំទ្រវិស័យឯកជនថៃអាចធ្វើជំនួញបានដោយរលូននិងមានចីរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា (ease of doing business)។
