On 21 May 2018, Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia and Team Thailand, attend a handover ceremony of the Training Center under the Project Principal Toshiba Thailand Education Program (PTEP) of the Toshiba Thailand Co., Ltd. at Kampong Chheuteal Technology Institute. Other dignitaries at the ceremony included General Wapirom Manasarangsi, Chairman of the Advisory Board under Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Education Project to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports and Mrs. Kobkarn Watanavrangkul, Director & Executive advisor of Toshiba Co., Ltd.
