Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) 

Eligible Foreigners: 

1. Digital Nomads/Remote Workers/Freelancers
2. Participants in activities such as Muay Thai courses, Thai Cooking classes, Sport training, Medical treatment, Seminars, Music Festivals
3. Spouse and dependent children of DTV holders

Required Documents: 

1. Passport or Travel Document

2. Photograph

3. Financial evidence: amount of no less than 500,000 THB, e.g. bank statements, payslips, sponsorship

4. Additional documents based on the purpose of visit

• Workcation: Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status

• Activities, medical treatment or seminar: Proof of confirmation to attend the activity or letter of appointment from hospital/medical

• Spouse and dependents: Proof of relationship to the DTV visa holder, e.g. a copy of marriage certificate / birth certificate / certificate of adoption

Visa Validity 

5 Years - Multiple entries

Period of stay

180 days per entry

Extension of stay

1-time for a period not exceeding 180 days per entry.  After the maximum stay of 180 days + 180 days needs to depart the country and re-enter Thailand with  the same DTV visa within the visa validity date
