On 30 July 2024, H.E. Mr. Cherdkiat ATTHAKOR, Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia, at the invitation of H.E. Mr. Cheuy Vichet, President of National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, joined the graduation ceremony for the 17 Cambodian diplomats who have completed the intermediate level of the "Thai Language Course for Diplomacy" organized by NIDIR with the support of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) under the framework cooperation between the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA) and NIDIR.
The Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh has been working closely with NIDIR and MFAIC to strengthen bilateral relations between Thailand and Cambodia and to connect people to people of the two countries through various cooperation projects. Those projects aim at enhancing human resource development and increasing exchanges between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries, for example the study visit to Thailand of NIDIR's executives and Cambodian diplomats taking the Thai language courses at NIDIR in March 2024 and the exchange programme between Thai and Cambodian young diplomats.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៣០ កក្កដា ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តមឈើតកៀត អត្ថាករ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាបានទទួលការអញ្ជើញពីលោក Cheuy Vichet ប្រធាន National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រត្តិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជាចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្រទៅដល់មន្ត្រីការទូតកម្ពុជាចំនួន ១៧ នាក់ ដែលបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គសិក្សា “ភាសាថៃដើម្បីកិច្ចការទូត” កម្រិតមធ្យម ដែលវគ្គសិក្សានេះផងដែរត្រូវបានរៀបចំដោយ NIDIR និងទទួលការគាំទ្រពី Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) ដែលស្ថិតក្រោមកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងវិទ្យាស្ថានការបរទេសថេវៈវង្សវៈរ៉ូប៉ៈកានរបស់ថៃជាមួយនិង NIDIR
ស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ធ្វើការយ៉ាងជិតស្និតជាមួយ NIDIR និងក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រត្តិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការរៀបចំគម្រោងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដែលផ្តោតលើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សក្កានុពលរបស់មន្រ្តីការទូតកម្ពុជា និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូររវាងក្រសួងការបរទេសទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងសម្ព័ន្ធភាពយ៉ាងល្អរវាងថៃនិងកម្ពុជា ដូចជា គម្រោងនាំថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ NIDIR និងសិស្សរៀនវគ្គសិក្សាភាសាថៃដើម្បីកិច្ចការទូតរបស់ NIDIR ធ្វើដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចប្រទេសថៃកាលពីខែ មិនា ២០២៤ ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពង្រឹងបទពិសោធន៍អំពីប្រទេសថៃនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលការប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាថៃ គម្រោងនាំមន្ត្រីការទូតដំបូងរបស់កម្ពុជាទស្សនៈកិច្ចប្រទេសថៃកាលពីខែឧសភា ២០២៤ ដើម្បីអោយមន្ត្រីការទូតកម្ពុជាបានធ្វើការស្គាល់គ្នានិងមានការយល់ដឹងពីប្រទេសថៃនិងបង្កើតបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយមន្ត្រីការទូតជំនាន់ថ្មីរបស់ថៃ យ៉ាងណាមិញ មន្ត្រីការទូតជំនាន់ថ្មីរបស់ថៃនឹងធ្វើដំណើរមកទស្សនៈកិច្ចកម្ពុជានៅអំឡុងដើមខែសីហា នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំនេះ ។
