Ambassador presented 3,000 kilograms of rice on the occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of H.M. the Queen-Mother of Cambodia

 

On 21 June 2024, Her Majesty Samdech Preah Mahaksatrey NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK, Queen-Mother of Cambodia, has graciously granted a Royal Audience to His Excellency Mr. Cherdkiat ATTHAKOR, Ambassador of Thailand to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the Embassy’s officials to present three thousand kilograms of Cambodian home-grown white rice for distribution among those in need on the occasion of Her Majesty the Queen-Mother 's Birthday Anniversary on 18 June 2024.

 

On this occasion, the Ambassador has also presented a dedicated piece of rice art, a create by a local Cambodian artist. The Rice Art was designed and created as a symbol to commemorate the 74th anniversary of Thai-Cambodian diplomatic relations, representing the Partnership for Peace, Prosperity, and Development of the peoples of both countries.
