On 16 October 2024, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the Opening Ceremony of the 5th Princess Maha Chakri Award (PMCA) Forum at Impact Arena Maueng Thong Thani.

On this occasion, Miss Ek-on Khunacharoen, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i., along with the Thai Embassy's officials, spouses, representatives of the Thai private sector in Cambodia, and representatives from the Cambodian Ministry of Education, were in audience through an online platform.

The Princess Maha Chakri Award is a royal award that honours outstanding teachers from ASEAN member countries, Timor-Leste, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Mongolia. It aims to inspire and support the continued work of award-winning teachers, leading to improvements in education quality and human development, thereby contributing to the long-term development of their respective countries.

ទីម័រ ភូតាន បង់ក្លាដែស និង ម៉ុងហ្គោលី ដើម្បីជាការលើកទឹកចិត្តនិងលើកកម្ពស់ការបំពេញការងារបន្តរបស់គ្រូពានរង្វាន់ និងបន្តពង្រីកការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគុណភាពការអប់រំនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សដើម្បីជាកំលាំងចលករប្រកបដោយគុណភាពក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេស ។
