Newly recruited Thai diplomats joined "Young Diplomats Exchange Program between Thailand and Cambodia."
The Royal Thai Embassy, Phnom Penh, in collaboration with the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), organized a diplomatic exchange program where 15 newly recruited Thai diplomats visited Cambodia from 5-9 August 2024.
On 6 August 2024, the group attended a briefing on Cambodia's foreign policy, Thailand-Cambodian bilateral relations, and Cambodia's role in ASEAN at the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR). The briefing was delivered by officials from Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
In the evening, the delegation attended a Networking Dinner hosted by President of NIDIR, where they had the opportunity to get acquainted with newly recruited Cambodian diplomats, as well as officials working on Thailand-Cambodia relations.
This program was conducted under the Memorandum of Understanding between DVIFA and NIDIR, aiming to strengthen cooperation in human resource development and the training of diplomatic personnel from both countries. The visit is a follow-up to the previous exchange program where a group of newly recruited Cambodian diplomats visited Thailand in May 2024.
ស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសហការជាមួយនឹងវិទ្យាស្ថានការបរទេស DEVAWONGSE VAROPAKARN (DVIFA) រៀបចំកម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅកម្ពុជាសម្រាប់មន្ដ្រីការទូតថៃដែលទើបចូលក្របខណ្ឌថ្មី ចន្លោះថ្ងៃទី ០៥-០៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដោយមានមន្ដ្រីការទូតថៃដែលទើបចូលក្របខណ្ឌថ្មីប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ ចំនួន ១៥ រូប ចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ។
ក្នុងនេះ នាថ្ងៃទី០៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ គណៈប្រតិភូបានចូលរួមស្ដាប់ការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្ដីពីគោលនយោបាយការបរទេសកម្ពុជា ទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគីកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ព្រមជាមួយនឹងតួនាទីរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងអាស៊ាន នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូតនិងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្ដរជាតិ (NIDIR) ដោយមានទាំងមន្ដ្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ និងមន្ដ្រី នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្ដរជាតិកម្ពុជាធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ។
បន្ទាប់មកនាពេលល្ងាច គណៈប្រតិភូបានចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធី Networking Dinner ដោយបានជួបជុំប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងជាមួយនឹងមន្ដ្រីការទូតកម្ពុជាដែលទើបចូលក្របខណ្ឌថ្មី ព្រមជាមួយនឹងមន្ដ្រីកម្ពុជាដែលបំពេញតួនាទីពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ផងដែរ។
