The Diplomatic Spouses Group in Phnom Penh participated in Herbal Compress Workshop at the Royal Thai Embassy

On 24 July 2024, Mrs. Ploenpote Atthakor, spouse of the Thai Ambassador in Phnom Penh, hosted the Herbal Compress Workshop at the Royal Thai Embassy. The event was attended by a group of diplomatic and military attachés' spouses in Cambodia as well as the spouses of Team Thailand's officials.

The workshop was led by Mrs. Supawan Bunrathep, Mrs. Thanyathorn Klunpromsuwan, Mrs. Araya Giatgong, and the Linda Thai Massage team in Phnom Penh. The instructors provide insights on how to mix herbs for making the compresses, using ingredients selected from the National List of Essential Medicines of Thailand, which help relieve muscle tension. The instructors also demonstrated how to massage the neck, shoulders, and upper back using the herbal compresses.

This cultural and traditional Thai wisdom workshop was the second event organized by the Royal Thai Embassy to share the know-how and benefits of Thai herbs and plants with Friends of Thailand which can be applied in their daily lives parctice.

នៅថ្ងៃទី 24 កក្កដា 2024 លោកស្រី ភ្លឺនពុធ អត្ថាករ ភរិយាឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាជាអ្នកផ្តួចផ្តើមកម្មវិធី Herbal Compress Workshop ដែលបានរៀបចំនៅស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតថៃ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ក្រុមភរិយាមន្ត្រីរាជការថៃ ក្រុមភរិយានៃគណៈឯកអគ្គរាជទូតនិងសេនានុព័ន្ធយោធាថៃ ។

កម្មវិធី workshop នេះផងដែរ ដឹកនាំដោយលោកស្រី ស៊ុផាវ៉ាន់ ប៊ុនរ៉ាថេប លោកស្រីថាន់យ៉ាថន ក្លានព្រហ្មសុវណ្ណ លោកស្រីអារាយ៉ា កៀតកង និងហាង Linda Thai Massage បានបង្រៀនពីរបៀបផ្សំឱសថបុរាណសម្រាប់ធ្វើប្រដាប់ស្អំ ដែលចម្រាញ់វត្ថុធាតុដើមពីតម្រាឱសថថៃដែលមាននៅក្នុងបញ្ជីតម្រាឱសថប្រចាំជាតិ ប្រើសម្រាប់ម៉ាស្សាកាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹងអាការៈចុករាយ ក្រៅពីនេះវាគ្មិនក៏មានការបង្ហាញពីវិធីម៉ាស្សាដោយប្រើប្រដាប់ស្អំម៉ាស្សាឱសថបុរាណនៅតំបន់ផ្នែកក ស្មា ទៅដល់អ្នកដែលបានចូលរួម ។

កម្មវិធី workshop វប្បធម៌និងមរតកបញ្ញាថៃនៅក្នុងលើកនេះ ជាលើកទី2 ដែលស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតបានរៀបចំឡើង ដើម្បីចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងនិងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃឱសថបុរាណក៏ដូចជារុក្ខជាតិថៃ ទៅដល់អ្នកចូលរួមដែលជាសម្ព័ន្ធមិត្តរបស់ថៃ បានយល់ដឹងនិងនាំយកទៅប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងជីវិតប្រចាំថៃ ។
