On 7th February 2025 The Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh hosted a networking session presided over by H.E. Mr. Tull Traisorat, Ambassador-Designate, connecting representatives from Thai educational institutions with the Cambodian Higher Education Association (CHEA). The event brought together more than 170 high level representatives from educational institutions from Thailand and Cambodia to explore potential collaborations in education and related areas.
As Thailand and Cambodia are celebrating the 75th anniversary of the diplomatic relations this year, Ambassador-Designate emphasized a vital role of academic institutions in enhancing human resources development and our bilateral ties, particularly people-to-people connectivity which is the key foundation for cooperation in other areas including trade, investment and tourism.
For the special occasion, the Ambassador-Designate encouraged the institutions of both countries to consider expanding and enhancing exchanges of students and scholars, exchanges of lecturers, joint courses and joint researches. He also encouraged the related private sectors to consider increasing scholarship and internship opportunities for students and organizing site visits to their factories.
The networking session also included the presentations on "The e-Visa for Studying in Thailand" by the Embassy’s consular team, and "Bridging Opportunities: How the Office of Commercial Affairs of the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh and the Thai Business Council in Cambodia (TBCC) Enhance Thai–Cambodia Collaboration" by Mr. Nirawat Rangseekanjana, Minister Counsellor (Commercial Affairs), and Mrs. Jiranun Wongmongkol, the President of TBCC.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ កន្លងមកនេះ ស្ថានទូតថៃប្រចាំកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីបង្កើតបណ្ដាញរវាងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំថៃ និងសមាគមឧត្តមសិក្សាកម្ពុជា (Cambodian Higher Education Association: CHEA) ព្រមជាមួយគ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំដែលជាសមាជិកនៃសមាគម ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដោយមានឯកឧត្តម ទុល្យ ត្រៃសូរ៉ាត់ ឯកអគ្គរាជថៃប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ជាអធិបតីនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធី និងមានវត្តមានប្រធាន និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ CHEA និងសកលវិទ្យាល័យពីប្រទេសថៃ និងកម្ពុជាជាង 170 នាក់ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួម។
នៅក្នុងឱកាសខួបគម្រប់ ៧៥ ឆ្នាំនៃការស្ថាបនាទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ និងកម្ពុជានៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ នេះ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ចំពោះតួនាទីសំខាន់របស់គ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំនៅក្នុងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ និងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជន ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់វិស័យផ្សេងៗទៀត មិនថាតែជាវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ និងទេសចរណ៍។
ក្រៅពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត បានស្នើឲ្យគ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរពិចារណាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការវាងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកមិនថាតែការផ្លាស់ប្តូរសិស្សនិស្សិត សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា ការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីសិក្សានិងការស្រាវជ្រាវរួមគ្នា និងសូមឲ្យវិស័យឯកជនពិចារណាបង្កើនចំនួនអាហារូបករណ៍ ឬរួមចំណែកចូលរួមផ្តល់ការហាត់ការដើម្បីហ្វឹកហាត់ការងារ ឬទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅក្រុមហ៊ុនឬរោងចក្ររបស់លោក-លោកស្រី នៅក្នុងឱកាសសំខាន់ដូចដែលបានបញ្ជាក់ជូនខាងលើផងដែរ។
នៅក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ ស្ថានទូតថៃប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ក៏បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីប្រធានបទផ្សេងៗ ជូនដល់អ្នកចូលរួមកម្មវិធីខាងលើ មានជាអាទិ៍ “ការដាក់ពាក្យស្នើសុំ e-Visa សម្រាប់ការបន្តការសិក្សានៅប្រទេសថៃ” ដោយក្រុមការងារផ្នែកកុងស៊ុល និង “ការតភ្ជាប់ឱកាស” ដោយការិយាល័យជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងសមាគមអ្នកធុរកិច្ចថៃនៅកម្ពុជា (TBCC) រួមគ្នារិះរកមធ្យោបាយពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងថៃ - កម្ពុជា បានដោយវិធីណា? ដោយលោក និរ៉ាវ៉ាត់ រង្ស៊ីកាន អគ្គទីប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង លោកស្រី ជីរ៉ាណាន់ វង្សមង្គល ប្រធាន TBCC ៕
