On 5 September 2022, H.E. Ambassador Panyarak Poolthup paid a farewell call on Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as he will soon complete his mission as Ambassador. Both sides discussed key achievements in the strengthening of the bilateral relations between Thailand and Cambodia during the past 4 years, especially on the increase in trade volume, education, management of the COVID-19 crisis, people-to-people exchanges, arts and cultures, cooperation on the suppression of transnational crimes, as well as successes and challenges of Cambodia’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2022, and other international issues that affect both countries and the region.
