On 12 August 2018, the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh held an Offering of Blessings Ceremony with the Thai community in Cambodia, on the auspicious occasion of the 86th Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of the Ninth Reign at the Thai Residence.
His Excellency Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador, presided over the Offering of Blessings Ceremony and delivered a tributary speech in honour of Her Majesty the Queen. The Royal Thai Embassy and Team Thailand officials, together with members of the Thai Community in Cambodia, subsequently sang the Royal Anthem of Her Majesty the Queen, "Sadudee Pra Mae Chao" and signed the book of blessings to mark the auspicious occasion.
