On 25 May 2018, Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador, representatives from Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and experts from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security of Thailand had a working discussion with H.E. Nou Nim, Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation of Cambodia (MoSVY), during which both sides planned “The Establishment of Transit and Reception Center Victims of Trafficking and other Vulnerable Group in Poi Pet” at MoSVY’s office.
