สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ดำเนินโครงการสร้างทัศนคติที่ดีในวงการศึกษาด้านการเกษตร โดยได้จัดการแลกเปลี่ยนการเยือนของผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการและนักศึกษาที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการเกษตรจากมหาวิทยาลัยจังหวัดชายแดนของทั้งสองประเทศ ให้ได้มีโอกาสศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน โดยในระยะแรก ระหว่างวันที่ 21 - 28 สิงหาคม 2559 ได้นำคณะผู้บริหาร อาจารย์และ นักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยพระตะบอง และวิทยาลัยกำปงเฌอเตียล ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา รวมประมาณ 25 คน เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานด้านการเกษตรที่สถาบันการศึกษาของไทย 5 แห่ง ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา (วิทยาเขตสระแก้ว) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสุรินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสุรินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม และมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และในระยะที่สอง ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 3 - 9 กันยายน 2559 นั้น ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์จากห้าสถาบันของไทยจะเดินทางเยือนมหาวิทยาลัยพระตะบองและวิทยาลัยกำปงเฌอเตียลเพื่อเป็นการกระชับความสัมพันธ์และแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน
กิจกรรมดังกล่าว เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการช่วยพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ทางการเกษตรของไทยและกัมพูชา ซึ่งต่างเป็นประเทศเกษตรกรรม เป็นการพัฒนาธุรกิจการเกษตรของทั้งสองประเทศ และเป็นการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาในสาขาที่ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนด้วย 

The Royal Thai Embassy is currently conducting a project to promote collaboration in the field of agricultural education and exchange between Thai and Cambodian universities along the border area of Thailand and Cambodia. 
In the first phase during 21 - 28 August 2016, 25 professors, academicians and students from the University of Battambang and Kampong Chheauteal College in the Province of Kampong Thom were invited to travel to Thailand to meet with their Thai counterparts from five Thai universities, namely Burapha University (Sa Kaeo Campus), Surindra Rajabhat University,Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Mahasarakham University, and Khon Kaen University. During the trip, both side exchanged their knowledge on agricultural research and development and discussed ways to further collaborate in the field of agriculture.
The second phase of the project, which will be conducted from 3 - 9 September 2016, professors and students from the five Thai universities will be visiting the University of Battambang and Kampong Chheauteal college to further enhance their cooperation in the field of agriculture development and agricultural education. 
This project plays a role in the development of agricultural research and agricultural cooperation between Thailand and Cambodia, which can also help to improve the livelihoods of the people of both countries.
